The Raptors' 8-year-old baseball team is the 2014 ABC Tournament champion. They had an amazing season with a record of 11-1, which tied them with the Braves.

After breaking that tie by looking at “runs allowed,” the Raptors were awarded a second-place season finish.

The Raptors were determined to have a first-place finish with a first-place trophy in the tournament. They never gave up, and their hard work paid off.

In the end of the season tournament at Stevens Park, the Raptors defeated the Wildcats 6-0, the Saints 2-1 and the Bears 12-0, making them the 2014 tournament champs.

Special thanks to their coaches Mark Fournet, Brandon Worley and Scoot Kelley. A big thanks to their parents as well for all of their support and dedications.

The Raptors are: Michael Cassisa, Tyler Darville, Ayden Downing, Preston Fournet, Chase Kelley, Evan Morgan, Caleb Tart, Bryant Viverata, Bryce Viverata, Lathan Williams and Christian Worley.

The 8-year-old season standings were: the Braves in first place (11-1), Raptors in second (11-1) and the Saints in third (7-5).
