The St. Amant softball camp will begin on June 23 and end on June 25.

The camp will be held at St. Amant High School's Lady Gator Park and will last from 9 a.m. until noon each day.

It will be hosted by the St. Amant softball team, and instruction will be provided by the St. Amant softball coaching staff along with current and former players.

The camp is for players ages 7-14, and it will cost $70 per camper. Make checks payable to St. Amant High School, and include the child's name.

Campers will need to bring a glove, bat, batting helmet, cleats and tennis shoes. Water and Powerade will be provided.

This camp will increase players' knowledge of the game with emphasis on hitting, bunting, fielding, throwing, base-running and pitching. They will also be taught various drills and practice techniques that they can use on their own when the camp is complete.

Each player will receive small group as well as individual instruction--including basic to advanced level skills and drills. They will be grouped according to their ability of instruction whenever possible
