The St. Amant softball camp will begin on Monday, June 24, and last three days. It's open to players ages 8-14.

The camp will be held at St. Amant High School Lady Gator Park and will last from 9 a.m. until noon each day.

The St. Amant softball team and their coaching staff will be giving the camp along with former Lady Gator players.

Campers will need to bring a glove, bat, batting helmet, cleats and tennis shoes. Water and Powerade will be provided.

Cost of the camp will be $60, and all checks must be payable to St. Amant High School.

The St. Amant Lady Gator softball camp is designed to teach and improve the skills needed to play the sport of fastpitch softball. Your child will increase her knowledge of the game with an emphasis on hitting, bunting, fielding, throwing, base running and pitching.

They will also be taught various drills and practice techniques that they can use on their own after the camp is over to continue to improve their skill set.

Each player will receive small group as well as individual instruction, including basic to advanced level skills and drills. They will be grouped according to their ability for instruction whenever possible.
