Ascension Christian baseball camps start June 3

Ascension Christian High will be hosting four separate baseball camps this summer with the first camp beginning on June 3.

Lion head baseball coach Paul Burgard is the director of the camp. Burgard is a former Coach of the Year at the high school level, and he has also coached at the collegiate level as well.

He's looking for players that are serious about baseball. Availability is extremely limited. No more than 10 kids will be accepted for each camp. The camp will cost $100 per person.

The first camp will be from June 3-7 and will focus on catching and hitting. The second camp will be from June 10-14 and focus on pitching and hitting. The third camp will be from June 17-21 and focus on infield and hitting and the final camp will be from June 24-28 and focus on oufield and hitting.

All of the camps will last from 9 a.m. until noon each day.
