LeBlanc becomes Junior Leader

Master Ken Ducote of Black Dragon Martial Arts, LLC in Prairieville recently certified Chelsey Leblanc as a Junior Leader in the Art of Taekwondo. Chelsey has studied Taekwondo with Master Ken for three years and is presently a red belt.

Black Dragon Martial Arts is a member of the Tactical Hapkido/ Universal Taekwondo Alliance under Grandmaster Barry Rodemaker. Master Ken is the Louisiana State Director for the Alliance. Chelsey is the first junior student to obtain this certification.
