LHSOA Membership Drive set for Dec. 2

The Baton Rouge Softball Chapter of the LHSOA will hold its 2nd Membership Drive for the 2013 high school softball season at the Jefferson Highway Park located at 8133 Jefferson Highway on Dec. 2 at 6 p.m. The park is located on Jefferson Highway between Cypress Lakes Drive and Wrenwood Blvd.

They will discuss the 2013 elections and by-laws, required mechanics clinics, registration and the outlook for the 2013 season. Registration due of $55 will be accepted as well as new LHSAA books and information that will be issued.

All veteran and rookie umpires are strongly encouraged to attend.
