ICAN Foundations' 5K run set for this Saturday

The 5K race sponsored by Pierre Thomas' ICAN Foundation is set for this Saturday.

Come join the Bayou Country Children's Museum to race through Thibodaux with the finish line in sight.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. at the corner of 5th Street and Jackson Street in beautiful downtown Thibodaux. This year, aside from the 5K and kids' fun run, there will also be having a Toddler Trek, mini-obstacle course for kids ages 2-4.

Kids 1/2 Mile begins at 8:00 a.m.

Toddler Trek begins at 8:15 a.m.

5K Run/Walk begins at 8:30 a.m.

This race is a Grand Prix BRASS (Bayou Runners Association) event. All proceeds will benefit the Bayou Country Children's Museum to help "raise the roof" of the museum.
