The 007's 18U softball team has had their summer come to a close, and it was another tremendously successful season for them. The team is coached by Tab Bourgeois, with assistant coaches Dut Bizette and Todd Sharpe.

The team traveled this summer and played exposure tournaments in the Southern Region. They have 90 percent of their team already committed to colleges.

The 007’s won the 2017 Marucci Southern Triple Crown Tournament that was held in Baton Rouge back on July 12-16.

The team played in five showcase tournaments and two regular-season tournaments over the summer. They finished with an overall record of 27-5.

It was an awesome way to end the summer and to say farewell to a few of the young ladies who will not be playing next year with the 007’s, as they will be playing college softball. The team would like to wish them all the very best at the next level.
