The LHSAA girl's soccer playoff brackets have just been released, and all three of Ascension's Division-I powers made the field.

East Ascension was able to earn the highest seeding at No. 15 on the strength of a 12-8-1 record. They finished 6-6 in district.

For their first-round matchup, they'll host 18th-seeded Lafayette, a team that finished the regular season just 5-7-3.

Dutchtown was right behind East Ascension when it came to seeding. They will enter the postseason in the No. 16 spot.

The Lady Griffins finished the year 17-8-2 with an impressive 7-3 district mark.

In the first round, they'll host 17th-seeded Terrebonne. Terrebonne finished the year a very solid 17-6 but most impressively, they won 12 of their final 13 matches.

St. Amant was just able to squeeze into the playoffs with a No. 30 seeding. The Lady Gators had their struggles this season--finishing with a 9-11 record.

They'll have the toughest matchup of all the parish teams as they go on the road to face perennial power Dominican in the opening round. As a third seed, they finished the regular season 14-6-5.
