Three parish players earn All-State honors

Three girl's soccer players from the parish earned All-State honors recently. For Dutchtown, senior Ashley Alexander (pictured above) became their lone occupant on the team as she earned first-team honors. Alexander was the Offensive MVP of the Griffins' district. And for East Ascension, junior Kayla Bourgeois also made the first team. On the second team, junior Kelsey Hutchison represented the Lady Spartans. Hutchison was the Defensive MVP of East Ascension's district.
