Ascension Athlete of the Week

This week’s Weekly Citizen Athlete of the Week, brought to you by Rouses Market, is senior cornerback/running back Jimel London of East Ascension.

Jimel carried the ball 14 times for 249 yards and four touchdown in the Spartans’ 44-31 victory over Cecilia on Friday night.

The victory improved East Ascension’s record to 3-1.
