During the summer, highly-talented East Ascension running back Sione Palelei verbally committed to LSU after the school offered him a scholarship during a summer camp.
However, this past weekend, Palelei went on a recruiting trip to Oklahoma State and fell in love with the program in Stillwater.
He then went to Twitter and announced that he had de-committed from LSU and decided to become a Cowboy instead. Palelei said, "my heart opened up to OSU" and that he felt like it was "the place for him."
The Spartan workhorse was off to a huge start this year as he rushed for 710 yards and scored 14 total touchdowns in just four games before going down with a season-ending knee injury.
