The big three baseball teams in Ascension parish--Dutchtown, East Ascension and St. Amant--have continued their tradition of recognizing Autism Awareness Month.

Just like in the past, the three teams have been wearing blue sweatbands with artwork displaying a puzzle piece to celebrate the cause. They'll continue to do so throughout the month of April.

The Autism Awareness Puzzle Ribbon is the most recognized symbol of the autism community in the world. Autism prevalence is now one in every 88 children in America.
