St. Amant closes the regular season slate Friday night at Destrehan.

The Gators (4-5, 1-3) suffered a 38-13 setback last week against Hahnville.

The Tigers (6-2) were led by running back Ahmad White, who recorded 282 yards and two touchdowns on 30 carries.

St. Amant totaled 213 yards of offense.

Gators fullback Matt Marrero carried up the middle for a 56-yard touchdown, and quarterback Jaylin LeBlanc kept on an option and ran around the right side for a 62-yard score.

Destrehan rallied from a 20-point deficit to score 27 unanswered points to beat East Friday night in Gonzales.

The blocked field goal returned for a touchdown sparked the Wildcat comeback.
