Black Dragon celebrates three-year anniversary

As of March 2015, Black Dragon Martial Arts, LLC, will celebrate its third anniversary as a martial arts / social service outlet to the community of Ascension and Baton Rouge parishes.
Black Dragon Martial Arts is locally owned and operated by Ken Ducote, a fourth-degree black belt, international-certified instructor and a licensed psychotherapist in both Louisiana and Colorado.
The mission of Black Dragon has always been to serve the community in helping folks in self-actualization, socialization and personal self-defense. Making our community a safe place to raise our families one student at a time is considered a win for them.
Although they teach sport, trophies and competition are not the main objective at Black Dragon. A family, fun and safe environment for everyone is the true goal.
Teaching sport Taekwondo, women's self-defense, adult personal self-defense in Tactical Hapkido and children's karate as well as Special Needs folks provides a necessary service to our community in a family atmosphere.
Black Dragon would like to thank the community and the Weekly Citizen for support in their mission.
