Black Dragon offering women's self-defense classes

Black Dragon Martial Arts, keeping with their philosophy as a community resource for personal safety, is offering pre-holiday women's self defense classes at no charge this Sunday from 2-4 p.m.

All classes are taught by certified black belts. Simple and easy-to-learn techniques that are proven will be taught and can be used by anyone in a life-threatening situation to free themselves for safety.

Black Dragon Martial Arts is owned by Ken Ducote, a licensed psychotherapist and a 4th degree black belt. Ken is also a former Deputy Sheriff for Jefferson Parish and East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office.
