Volleyball playoff brackets released

The LHSAA released the state playoff brackets for volleyball this week.
The bi-district round will be Thursday. In Division I, No. 20 East Ascension will travel to No. 13 Barbe. No. 4 St. Amant will have a bye and play the winner in the regional Monday. No. 6 Dutchtown also has a bye and will face the winner of Slidell and Grace King in the regional.
In Division V, No. 4 Ascension Catholic has a by and will host the winner of Northside Christian and Hamilton Christian. No. 19 Ascension Christian will travel to No. 14 Ecole Classique Thursday.
The quarterfinals will be Nov. 11, the semifinals Nov. 12 and the finals Nov. 13 at the Pontchartrain Center in Kenner.
