Former Dutchtown High player Wesley Perkins recently signed a baseball scholarship with Millsaps College. Perkins, a catcher, hit .360 with a team-high 42 RBIs and four home runs during his senior season. He was also selected to
the USA International baseball team currently playing in the Friendship Games on the Island of Curacao.

Perkins a catcher, hit .353 with a team-high 21 RBIs, seven doubles and two home runs as a senior in district. He was also selected to the USA International baseball team currently playing in the Friendship Games off the coast of Venezuela on the Island of Curacao.
