It’s a family affair

We are living in a day when the structure of family has been torn down due to the lack of love and support of the head of the home.  It is time to teach our children and grandchildren the value of family.

The idea of the institution of family did not stem from man’s ideology, but the concept was divinely orchestrated by God, Who is the Creator of every good and perfect gift.  We must go back to the original plan of God in order for the family to be strengthened.

“IT’S A FAMILY AFFAIR” and the sole objective of incorporating all members was to build a strong and secure wall of protection of able bodies to stand against the demonic forces of the enemy.  The scripture declares, “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation: and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand.” [Matthew 5:25].

“IT’S A FAMILY AFFAIR” which means prayer, faith, love and the spirit of holiness shall bind every vile act of the enemy, as Jesus supplies the wisdom, grace, strength and protection for them to rise up with a mighty force of power, taking back EVERYTHING the devil has stolen. The bible declares, “The Kingdom of Heaven suffers violence, and the violence take it by force.”

It is time for the men of the family to stand up and be counted.  The headship was given by God to rule and to reign as the men of God leads the family as mighty warriors, without compromising their God given integrity.  The Bible says, “Arise, shine: for your light is come, and the Glory of the LORD is risen upon you.  For, behold, the darkness shall cover the Earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon you, and his Glory shall be seen upon you.” [Isaiah 60:1-2].

“JESUS IS COMING BACK AGAIN” is the message that must be received by all of his children.  This is a message that can only be embraced by faith.  The word of God says, “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” [Romans 10:17].

“IT’S A FAMILY AFFAIR,” Is the commands of God for husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church and gave himself for it and wives shall reverence their husbands.  God also command children to obey their parents in the Lord, honoring their fathers and mothers, which is the first commandment with promise. That it may be well with them that they may have long life on earth.

These commands have always been the original plans of God.  As we look at the trouble and the chaos facing our society we should all remember that God promised never to leave nor forsake us, but we MUST walk in obedience to his WORD.
