Well done Ascension Sheriff’s Office and Deputies

Dear Editor,

I want to say well done to the Ascension Sheriff’s Office and deputies on the recent crime spree of a dangerous fugitive wanted from Florida. A situation where most people don’t realize the magnitude these deputies face everyday in and out to protect all of the citizens.

I, for one, am proud to be a former deputy that worked along the side of many of these dedicated individuals.

When you meet up with any of these deputies take a minute to thank them for their outstanding service.
