The word became flesh and dwelt among us

Minister Marienetta Williams

The countdown has begun with only nine more days until CHRISTMAS.  The New Year (2015) is steadily approaching.  Can you honestly believe that 2014 is almost over?  There is an old adage which says, “Time waits for no one.”  There is truth in this saying because whatever task God sets before you from day to day must not be put off until tomorrow.  He is the only one who knows and have power to reveal our future.  Procrastination only hinder our progress and destroys our destiny.

Thank God He has an appointed time for Jesus to come to this earth to save us from our own destruction.  The Bible says, “And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His Glory, the Glory as the Only Begotten of the Father, full of Grace and Truth.” (John 1:14)  That is something to SHOUT about.  He is the only True Light which lights every man who comes into the world.  Every person needs Jesus who is the Light of the World.

We will celebrate another year of Jesus’s birth bearing witness of His LOVE for all humanity.  What a wonderful and joyous occasion to recognize Our Savior as the Incarnated One, meaning “God becoming man.”  This same Jesus is responsible for the air you breathe, whether you are saved or unsaved.  To say Thank You for life granted by Him should be approached with an attitude of gratitude.

Let us REJOICE with merry hearts as we reflect on the reason God has granted us this season of the year.  Testify of how He has given us JESUS to share with everyone we meet.  He is the God of all.

As family and friends gather, Jesus wants us to visualize in our hearts and minds His Goodness and Mercy being extended to us which should never be taken for granted.   Giving us light and freedom to enjoy all things pertaining to life and godliness is why He became our ultimate SACRIFICE.

The very essence of His existence should permeate in the depth of our souls as the GIFT OF LIFE (JESUS) creates in us a more excellent SPIRIT.  The desires of our hearts must reflect a thirst and hunger for Him.  The world must see JESUS in us as we are drawn by His Spirit into places and surrounded with people who need Him.  Don’t forget the souls at Christmas as JESUS uses you to be the difference maker.  May God’s Blessing and Favor Forever Impact Your Life.
