Enough is enough

MINISTER MARIENETTA WILLIAMS

Sometimes we are faced with matters that concern all of us.  When death comes into our communities in most violent ways, this is not an individual matter, whether saint or sinner we are all shaken.

If your attitude is, I’m glad it was not me and my family, or if your heart is not moved with compassion to cry out to God on behalf of that suffering family, I suggest you examine your heart before a Holy God.  The late rock singer Elvis Presley wrote a song entitled, “Don’t Be Cruel.”  If a man of the secular world had compassion, how much more should the CHURCH.  We are not exempted from trouble but we should all exhibit LOVE for one another.

Satan does not care who we are, his evil is devised for all. Ethnicity has no factor in his schemes and tricks.  Money, gender, nor status is his least concern. His main objective is to, “STEAL, KILL, AND DESTROY.” His main focus, are believers, seeking to discredit our witness, prayers, testimonies and our praise.

What is the CHURCH OF THE LIVING GOD doing to see a turnaround in our Communities?  Before the Ascension of Jesus, He spoke some powerful words that are still reverberating in the hearts of those who are seeking to obey Him. The Great Commission gives us our marching orders. “All power is given unto Me in heaven and in earth. Go you therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father. And of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you, And, lo I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

Going to the Church building is wonderful, the Bible instructs us to assemble ourselves together in the house of God to Praise, Worship, and receive the Word of God. What we do after we depart from one another is what counts the most.

What about the souls? Are you ashamed of being a witness for the kingdom of God? Have you shared the love of Jesus Christ this week? Going out among sinners and BOLDLY declaring the WORD of the Lord, is what our assignment is all about. The scripture declares, “I must work the works of Him that sent Me, while it is day, the night comes, when no man can work.” (John 9:4)

I am writing to encourage your hearts. Don’t be afraid of going to the highways and byways to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ. Your testimony of how He delivered you will help to win souls to HIM.  The Bible says, “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he that wins souls is wise.” (Proverbs 11:31)

Study and Go! Live Holy and Go! “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.” God did not send Jesus to die on Calvary for us to enjoy the comfort zone everyday but to cross over on territory Satan is trespassing on that belongs to the SAINTS of God.

We must reclaim what is rightfully our, and God promised to be with us always.  He did not give us a Spirit of Fear, but of POWER, LOVE AND OF A SOUND MIND. 2 Tim. 1:7

“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.” It is time for the Church to Fight the Good Fight of FAITH.  Get off the PEWS and HIT the PAVE.
