Joseph, Oneil       

An industrial insulator and a lifelong resident of Donaldsonville, he died Tuesday, March 24, 2009, at Promise Specialty Hospital. He was 66 and a U.S. Army veteran. Interment in Buena Vista Baptist Church Cemetery.
