Willis, Charles Leon "Paw Paw Charlie"
He passed away on July 5, 2015. He was born 1930 and raised in Brownsville, Texas. He was in the US Air Force and then worked in Kotzebue, Alaska for the US Weather Bureau until 1954. He worked for Amoco until 1956. A job opportunity with BASF Wyandotte Chemical Co. led him to Gonzales. After retiring from BASF in 1986, he co-founder and ran Willis Country School, an early learning center and day-care. Visitation followed by a memorial service was held July 10 at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales.

She passed away on July 8, 2015. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Prairieville and Knights of Columbus 8342 Ladies Auxiliary. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park, Baton Rouge.
