Tiera Williams named Miss Full-Figured Director of Louisiana

Gonzales resident Tiera Williams, who holds the title of Ms. Full-Figured Louisiana, will now be the Ms. Full-Figured Director for Louisiana. Auditions will be held in New Orleans in August.
