Genealogy Roadshow's visits New Orleans on LPB Feb. 3

The second episode of Genealogy Roadshow’s visit to to New Orleans will premiere on Tuesday, February 3 at 7PM on the six-station Louisiana Public Broadcasting network.

During the episode recorded at the New Orleans Board of Trade, Kenyatta, Josh, and Mary learn some of Louisiana’s greatest family stories. There, a local man yearns to recover essential history washed away in Hurricane Katrina; a woman learns that both sides of her family connect back to the Civil War; another unravels the mystery behind her grandfather’s adoption; and one man explores a link to the famous New Orleans Voodoo Queen Marie Laveau.
