VFW 3693 presents check to Fellowship Center

VFW 3693 Post Quartermaster Tanya Whitney visited the Fellowship Center on Nov. 24th to present their annual donation of $500. VFW Ladies Auxiliary members volunteer at the center and the donation helps with the Thanksgiving baskets and other needs during the holiday season. The VFW raises money throughout the year through its weekend Bingo and their newest events, the Jambalaya and Cracklin Cooking Contests. The Fellowship Center is a non-profit organization that sells donated household items and clothes and uses its profits to help people in need.
