Ralph's Markets welcomes Louis 'Jack' Treuting as Perishables Director

Ralph's Markets is pleased to welcome Louis "Jack" Treuting to their team as Director of Perishables. Treuting will be responsible for strategic planning and sales development in the perishable arenas including meat, deli/bakery, floral and produce departments in all Ralph's Supermarket locations.

Treuting is a Louisiana native and a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina with a degree in Culinary Arts. He has held lead positions in restaurants and hotels for over 27 years. Treuting spent 7 years with Whole Foods Market in the Florida region as both a Prepared Foods Team Leader and Store Team Leader.

In 2009 he was hired by Rouses Enterprises in New Orleans, Louisiana as the Director of Food Service and Deli later gaining the role of Executive Director of Culinary Operations. Treuting was voted as one of the 2013 Best Chefs of New Orleans.

Ralph's Markets is thrilled to have Treuting as a part of their team.
