Major Bonin promoted

Brett Bonin, of St. Amant, was promoted to Major in the Air Force Reserves on Oct. 1, 2012. Major Bonin has 18 years of service and is currently assigned to the 33rd Network Warfare Squadron, an element of the U.S. Air Force Space Command. Major Bonin is serving as a Cyberspace Crew Commander in Lackland, Texas. When in civilian status, Major Bonin is an Information Systems Security Officer for Dell Services in Dallas, Texas, where he lives with his wife Cresta and daughters Sophia and Zoie. He is currently completing his Doctorate in Information Security.
