E Federal Credit Union to host 'Home Buying 101' seminar

E Federal Credit Union (EFCU) will host a two (2) free home buying seminars to educate the public on the home purchase process. The workshop, "HOME BUYING 101: A Guide to Purchasing a New Home" will take place:

• Monday, Oct.15 at 6 p.m.

EFCU's Gonzales Branch, 1508 S. Burnside Ave., Gonzales

• Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 6 p.m.

EFCU's Operations Center, 10719 Airline Highway, Baton Rouge.

This informative and interactive seminar will answer questions and provide insight on a variety of issues in the planning, preparation and purchasing of a new home. With historically low mortgage rates and excellent bargains in the housing market, this is one of the best times ever to purchase a new home.
