Lakeside Primary School, 16500 Hwy. 431, Prairieville presents new student registration dates:

Tuesday, July 23, from 9 – 2 p.m.

Tuesday, July 30, from 9 – 12 p.m.

Friday, Aug. 2, from 9 – 12 p.m.

Parents/Guardians need to bring the following documents to complete registration:

• Driver's License of Parent/Guardian

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Immunization Records

• Proof of Residency (electric or gas bill)

• Custody Papers if applicable
