Council honors volunteer of year

The Ascension Parish Council presented Jessie Joseph with a certificate of recognition during the April meeting in Donaldsonville.

Joseph was recognized for being chosen as Associated Professional Educators of Louisiana 2009 Lowery Intermediate School Volunteer of the Year.
