Pecan Grove team attends workshop

Staff reports
Three members of the Pecan Grove Primary PBS (Positive Behavior Support) Team attended a two-day workshop March 12-13 at LSU called PBS-Secondary Training. At the workshop, the members learned more about meeting the needs of those students who need extra support to succeed at school. One of the rewards for being a hard working team at the workshop was that they got to play in the “dress up basket.” Also attending the workshop were some APSS employees who work at LeBlanc Special Services. Above, shown after playing in the dress up basket are Brandon Wilks and Toni Harris, of LeBlanc Special Services; Candy Wikman, Pecan Grove assistant principal; Donnielle Gallman, speech therapist; and Lisa Grimsley, music teacher.
