Pecan Grove students vote on celebration

To celebrate the success of the Scholastic Book Fair, Pecan Grove students were able to vote on what they wanted the administrators to do to celebrate.  “We were hoping that ‘Wear PJ's to school’ would win, but the students voted for principal Margie Meryers and assistant principal Candy Wikman to have a tricycle race Friday, Jan. 9,” said Wikman. “I attribute my success of winning the race to the fact that I was wearing my Harley gear – helmet, jacket, and gloves."
