Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office Major Kevin Hanna reported the Sheriff's Office is continuing its efforts in the parish to arrest individuals that are failing to appear in court after being arrested on felony and misdemeanor criminal charges. The ongoing initiative is "Operation No Show."

Persons who are arrested on criminal charges are entitled to a bond. Upon bonding from jail the individual is given notice to be in court on a specific date. The following individuals ignored their court date which subsequently led to a bench warrant being issued by the court for failure to appear:

Chad Cuccia, 40, of 18369 Eldon Street, Prairieville, is wanted on a felony bench warrant for illegal possession of stolen things, and three counts possession of legend drug without a prescription.

Jennifer Ketchum, 23, of 41083 Chick Duplessis Road, Gonzales is wanted on a felony bench warrant for distribution of CDS I, use of CDS with minor present, and possession of marijuana.

Christopher Lincoln, 27, of 915 W. Tony Street, Gonzales, is wanted on a felony bench warrant for two counts possession of CDS IV.

Kelly Price, 30, of 10504 Hwy. 22., lot 21, St. Amant, is wanted on a felony bench warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of CDS II.

Tobi Meadows, 45, of 12356 Dutchtown Villa, Prairieville, is wanted on a felony bench warrant for five counts principal to forgery.

In an effort to reduce these felony bench warrant numbers, twice a month the Sheriff's Office is airing a photograph and name of a person that has failed to appear in court, Major Hanna said.
