Ascension Parish Major Kevin Hanna is asking for the public's help identifying suspects responsible for burglarizing several motor homes and storage units at "A Store All Storage Rentals" on U. S. 61 in Prairieville on April 1. The burglars also stole a 2013 Mastercraft X55 Ski Boat and trailer that were parked at the facility.

Among the items that were stolen from the storage units and motor homes were fishing equipment, a dirt bike. Ascension Parish Sheriff's investigators are working with storage unit renters to determine a complete list of what was stolen.

Video at the storage facility showed that the vehicle used in the burglary was a dark colored extended cab truck, possibly a 2007-2013 Chevy Silverado. One white female is seen on video surveillance wearing a dark gray long-sleeve hooded sweatshirt, and another white female wearing a blue and white long sleeve sweater. A white male is also seen on video but no clear image was captured.

Based on the video it appears that the suspects entered the premises at approximately 7 p.m. on Monday night and left the scene at 3:45 a.m. The suspects made multiple trips from the storage facility throughout the night with the stolen property.

Anyone with information or whereabouts of these suspects are urged to contact the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office at 225-621-INFO (4636) or by texting 847411 to our anonymous tip line from any cellular device or Crime Stoppers at 225-344-STOP (7867).
