Being the same property acquired by Ascension Properties, Inc. from Benjamin F. Delaune and Vernell Servario Delaune by act dated May 19, 2003, and recorded in the official records of the Clerk and Recorder for the Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana at Entry Number 544450.
