  Environmental Enhancement Facility is requesting coverage under Sewage Sludge and Biosolids Use or Disposal General Permit LAJ650000 to prepare sewage sludge at 3213 S. Burnside Avenue in Gonzales, Ascension Parish.  The facility will prepare sewage sludge for subsequent disposal in the Colonial Landfill in Ascension Parish in accordance with conditions and requirements set forth in General Permit LAJ650000. 

Sewage Sludge and Biosolids Use or Disposal General Permit LAJ650000 was issued by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ). The general permit contains standards, conditions, and requirements for the use or disposal of sewage sludge and biosolids that are required of facilities that prepare sewage sludge for disposal in permitted landfills.

Copies of the General Permit and the NOI filed by the City of Gonzales may be examined at the Office of Environmental Services, Public Records Center, Department of Environmental Quality, 602 North Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana or by contacting Mr. Kilren Vidrine at (225) 219-3181.  Viewing hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.  Persons wishing to comment and/or request a public hearing may do so within thirty days of publication of this notice by writing to the attention of Ms. Soumaya Ghosn at LDEQ, Public Participation Group, P.O. By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated:  TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2010, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at the principal front door of the Courthouse Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, La 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on  WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY  2, 2011, at 10:00 A.M., to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

One certain lot of ground together with all buildings and improvements situated in the Town of Gonzales, Parish of Ascension, in the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 9 South, Range 3 Est, Southeastern District of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as LOT 15, BLOCK 1, of FAIRWOOD SUBDIVISION as shown on the plan of said subdivision by J. W. Cole, C.E., as revised September 20, 1958, and recorded in COB 139 File No. 57808 of Ascension Parish, Louisiana. Said Lot 15 in Block 1 measures 75 feet front on Neal Drive by a depth between parallel lines of 119.94 feet and having a rear boundary of 75 feet, all as more fully shown on the plan of survey referred to above; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE AND 44 / 100 ($63,955.44) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
