By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of FIERI FACIAS directed to me by the Honorable 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2010, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at the principal front door of the Courthouse Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, La 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, JULY 7, 2010, at 10:00 A.M., to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
One certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision known as PARK VISTA SUBDIVISION, and being more particularly described according to the official map of said subdivision, prepared by Hovey-Cole & Associates. C.E, and Surveyors, filed for record in COB 12, Page 329, filed under Registry Number 53135, as the same has been revised, in the office of the Clerk and Recorder for the Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana, as LOT FOURTEEN (14) of BLOCK ONE (l) in said Park Vista Subdivision, fronting 80' along the Northerly right-of-way line of E. Grace Street between equal and parallel lines of 125', being subject to a 7.5' servitude across the rear or Northerly side for public utilities.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN AND 11 / 100 ($58,937.11) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
