By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated:  TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2009, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at the principal front door of the Courthouse Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, La 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on  WEDNESDAY, JULY  7, 2010, at 10:00 A.M., to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

Two certain lots of ground together with all buildings and improvements thereon and thereto belonging situated in the Town of Gonzales, Parish of Ascension, in the NE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 9 South, Range 3 East, SED of LA., designated as Lots 1 and 2 in Square #2 of Marchand Addition #1 to the Town of Gonzales as shown on the plan of said addition annexed to the Act of Sale from Armand M. Marchand Jr., to Joseph Derville dated Jan. 3, 1953, recorded in C.O.B. 97, Folio 2; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.

Being the same premises as conveyed in Deed from Pearl Delmore Brown Nabor, as the sole heir of the deceased, Charles Naber recorded 8/9/83 in Document Number 204180, in said County and State.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: SIXTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT AND 96 / 100 ($60,638.96) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
