By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated:  THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2010, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at the principal front door of the Courthouse Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, La 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on  WEDNESDAY, JULY  7, 2010, at 10:00 A.M., to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

A certain parcel of ground situated in the Parish of Ascension in the SE 1/4  of §4, T9S, R3E, Southeasten District of Louisiana, and more particularly described according to a plan of survey prepared by W. J, Fontenot, Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 10, 1986, a copy of which is on file under Original File No. 234536 of the records of Ascension Parish, as follows:

From the southeast comer of §4, proceed N 89° 54' W, a distance of Two Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-four and Seven-tenths {2,374.7') feet to a point and corner, then N 00° 13' W, a distance of Nine Hundred Fifteen and Forty-seven-hundredths (915.47') feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING: from the said point of beginning, proceed N 89° 54' W, a distance of Two Hundred Eighty-three and Seventy-three-hundredths (283.73') feet to a point and corner, then North a distance of One Hundred Fifty-three and Sixty-six-hundredths (153.66') feet to a point and corner; then S 89° 54' E, a distance of Two Hundred Eighty-three and Fifteen-hundredths (283.15'} feet to a point and corner, then S 00° 13' E. a distance of One Hundred Fifty-three and Sixty-six-hundredths (153.66') feet to the point of beginning, containing one (1) acre, and designated as LOT 1-E on the plan of survey referred to above, the West Twenty (20') feet of said property being subject to a servitude of passage; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR AND 34 / 100 ($51,694.34) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
