By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: THURSDAY, JANUARY 7, 2010, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at the principal front door of the Courthouse Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, La 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, JULY 7, 2010, at 10:00 A.M., to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated in that subdivision of the Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana, known as LAKE MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, and being designated as LOT 3 on the map of survey prepared by Earles & Associates, recorded September 30, 2005, entitled "FINAL PLAT, LAKE MEADOWS SUBDIVISION (CURB AND GUTTER) A RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION OF 30 LOTS ON 10.1 ACRES LOCATED IN SECTION 11, T9S, R3E, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA, FOR G & G PROPERTIES, INC., on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder for said parish and state as COB 617515, said subdivision, said lot having such measurements and dimensions along such bearings and being subject to such servitudes, building lines, dedications and restrictions as shown on said map.
Which has the address of 14515 Lake Meadows Court, Prairieville, LA 70769.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTEEN AND 53 / 100 ($156,217.53) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
