By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated:  TUESDAY, DECEMBER  1, 2009, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at the principal front door of the Courthouse Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, La 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on  WEDNESDAY, JULY  7, 2010, at 10:00 A.M., to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

A CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM UNIT, together with all privileges and appurtenances thereunto in the condominium regime known as CYPRESS VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS, located in Section 20, Township 10 South, Range 3 East, Southeastern Land District of Louisiana, Parish of Ascension, situated on Lot Nos. 5, 6, 7-A, 8-A, 9-A, 10-A, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15-A, 16-A, 17-A, 18-A, 21, 22, 25, 26, 31 and 32 in that subdivision known as Rothland Subdivision, being designated on the official map of said subdivision (as revised) on file and of record with the Clerk and Recorder of Mortgages of Ascension Parish, Louisiana  and designated as UNIT 32-D, CYPRESS VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS, created pursuant to the Condominium Declaration of Cypress Village Condominiums recorded as Entry No. 543901, in the office of the Clerk and Recorder for the Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana, said unit having such measurements and dimensions as more particularly described in said condominium declaration; said unit and the owner of same being subject to all the provisions of said declaration as it exists, or may from time to time be amended, together with all rights and obligations as pertaining to the owner of same, particularly, but not exclusively, the undivided share of the common and/or limited common elements, the use of the limited common elements reserved for said unit, membership in the CYPRESS VILLAGE CONDOMINUM ASSOCIATION , INC., and the obligation to pay a share of the common expenses all as set forth in said declaration and as specified in the Louisiana Condominium Act. Also conveyed unto PURCHASER (S) are all currently installed and built-in appliances and fixtures, including the air conditioning and heating unit.

Improvements thereon bear the municipal no: 2632 S. Roth Avenue, Unit 32-D Gonzales, LA 70737.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: SEVENTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE AND 76 / 100 ($70,585.76) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
