By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated:  TUESDAY, JANUARY 12, 2010, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at the principal front door of the Courthouse Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, La 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on  WEDNESDAY, JULY  7, 2010, at 10:00 A.M., to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and thereunto belonging, situated in the PARISH OF ASCENSION, in the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 8 South, Range 2 East, Southeastern District of Louisiana, and designated as LOT TWENTY-NINE (29) on the plan of survey of JEFFERSON ESTATES prepared by Alex Theriot, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 15, 1977 and recorded in COB 291, File # 151215 of Ascension Parish, Louisiana. Lot 29 measures 124.96 feet in width on the South side of Monticello Drive by a depth on the East boundary of 300.63 feet, a depth on the West boundary of 300.93 feet, and a width across the rear of 124.96 feet and subject to a 50 foot building line and a 10 foot servitude for utilities across the front.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHT AND 29 / 100 ($146,108.29) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
