By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated:  TUESDAY, MARCH 23, 2010, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at the principal front door of the Courthouse Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, La 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on  WEDNESDAY, JULY  7, 2010, at 10:00 A.M., to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

A certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Ascension in the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 9 South, Range 3 East, Southeastern District of Louisiana, and more specifically designated as LOT FIFTEEN (15) in SQUARE "M" of the WESTSIDE SUBDIVISION of the Village of Gonzales. Said Lot measures 60 feet in width on Pleasant Street by a depth between parallel lines of 110 feet, as shown on a blueprint of survey made by Durald F. Woods, C.E., on April 17, 1947, and recorded in the Conveyance Records of Ascension Parish.

LESS AND EXCEPT: A certain strip of land situated in the Town of Gonzales, Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana in the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 9 South, Range 3 East, Southeastern District of Louisiana, and more particularly described as the South 10 feet of Lot #15 in Square "M" of Westside Subdivision in the Town of Gonzales. Said strip of land measures 10 feet in width on Pleasant Street by a depth between parrallel lines of 110 feet.

Together with all building and improvements located thereon.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR AND 52 / 100 ($77,684.52) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
