Donaldsonville man pleads guilty to unauthorized entry charge
Staff reports
Paul J. Alsay of Donaldsonville pled guilty to a charge of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, according to 23rd Judicial District Attorney Ricky Babin.
Judge Jane-Triche Milazzo ordered a pre-sentence investigation and deferred sentencing to a later date, Babin said.
Alsay, 45, faces a sentence of up to six years.
The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Alsay on June 15, 2008 after deputies responded to a disturbance call at a residence on West 9th Street in Donaldsonville, according to Babin.
Assistant District Attorney Trent Garrett handled the prosecution.
