Male body found along Hwy. 941, Ascension Parish deputies report

The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office announced a male body has been found along Hwy. 941.

The highway is also known as Brittany Tower Road and is located in the Brittany area, which is between Gonzales and Sorrento.

According to a news release, the cause of death is not known. The investigation is ongoing, and information is limited at this time.
