Plane crash on LA-22

It's currently an unusual scene behind a residential neighborhood near Darrow. A small aircraft crash-landed in a lot just off Louisiana Highway 22.

Ascension Parish Sheriff's office is on the scene. They appeared to be taking some sort of measurements in the field near the crash. APSO reports no injuries but does not claim to know anything else at this point.

But so near to people's backyard, it appears that it could've been worse.
