Armed robbery at Advance America suspect at large

The Gonzales Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying the pictured black male from interior video surveillance.

On August 12, 2017 the above pictured male entered after the opening of Advance America located at 503 South Burnside Avenue in Gonzales. The male was armed with a handgun and demanded money from the employees.

The male fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
