Ascension Parish School Board meetings cancelled

The Ascension Parish School Board cancelled tonight's meetings due to the threat of severe weather.

The Executive Committee meeting to discuss the superintendent search will be rescheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 29 at the Instructional Technology Training Center. Agenda items for the Finance and Curriculum meeting will be taken up at a future Finance and Curriculum meeting.

All Ascension Public Schools and offices are closed today in anticipation of a line of dangerous storms forecasted for South Louisiana. Normal operations will resume on Wednesday, Feb. 24.
